I seldom can find a reason to ask for more in a company like comp now. I think we have a business partner that puts most to shame in the apple resellers market.
Their support is so good, I'm happy to take the time to write this review a second time. There is a team of great guys there, from our account manager, to the consultant support to the onsite hardware technician.

As a large institution we require on-site service for our large Mac fleet.
Unfortunately Apple does not offer such a service.
Computers Now fills this void fantastically and without them our Mac users would suffer a less then ideal support experience.

Republic Events Australia staged and produced the Melbourne event of the Fatality Free Friday (FFF) program on Friday 28 May 2010 at Fed Square. The Fatality Free Friday is a national road safety initiative to raise further awareness and the aim is to have just ONE day free from road fatalities. The program and event was supported by all of the major road saefty stake holders including the Victoria Police, TAC and VicRoads.
We had the pleasure of being able to deal with Computers Now who recognised that FFF was indeed a worthy cause to support and they provided 3 iMac's at the Fed Square event so that we could capture live pledges of support from the public for the cause. Our team helped where people could go on line at the FFF website, enter their details and receive a pledge certificate on the spot that they signed.
The process and activity was made easy by the Computers Now team. They were tremendously helpful and their willingness to support the FFF cause shows they are dedicated to helping keeping our roads safe and our people even even safer. It was a pleasure being able to work with Computers Now - you made it so easy!

I have been so impressed these past 2 days in regard to the laptop conversion for the Perth office that I had to let you know.
We are all good to go, every issue has been addressed and there was more laughter in this office than I have heard in a long long time. I was having a problem on Monday with the machine our payroll officer uses. The machine would not let her log in at 7.00am and she had a payroll to process for some 200 staff.I called Dan hoping I could leave a voicemail message so as soon as he started work he would be aware of the urgency of the issue.
Dan actually picked up the call and was really helpful in solving the issue and even checked back later to make sure everything was running well.
The service we receive from Dan at all times is excellent! I thought you should be aware how much this is appreciated by Comp Now SLA customers.

I wanted to follow up the CompNow visit to MMC today by your team members Daniel and Danny.
Both Daniel and Danny were professional and courteous at all times, most importantly got straight to the root of the problem. They were both very thorough when fixing these problems, loading the latest version of software protection and ensuring the systems stability.

Hope you are well...and just wanted to give some feedback on the service guys who helped me out of a desperate situation yesterday.
Right from the first point of contact with Michele (who pretty much had everything sorted within minutes) to the technician Gerry who come out and not only took the time to make sure the job was done right, but his technical knowledge and advice was invaluable.
The situation (my Mac not starting) was not the best scenario for me to face first thing in the morning... and critical deadlines due tomorrow...but due to the prompt and expert advice and service from your team literally had me back up and working by 2.30 that arvo.

Just wanted to drop you a short note of commendation for Andrew Gallaher, who recently provided what I would consider to be outstanding customer service during the purchase of two new iMacs from CompNow's South Melbourne facility.
At every step of the way, Andrew demonstrated an honest, courteous, thoughtful and proactive approach to answering my questions, and ensuring that I received the very best outcome from my purchasing experience.
Being new to Mac, but not to PCs generally, I appreciated Andrew's knowledge and insights about the differences and benefits of the Mac platform (many of which lead me to choose to make the leap) - not to mention his patience.
Most of all, I appreciated Andrew's consideration of the change over from a hire machine (arranged via Michael at the retail store) and the delivery of the purchased machines so that there is a brief overlap to enable me to transfer my files, etc. This far exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated this extra level of care - such a rare commodity in today's world.
Overall, I would have to say that CompNow generally, and Andrew Gallaher more specifically have forever elevated my idea of the "perfect customer experience". Thank you!

Recently I had a service order with your company and was attended to by Andrew Ivanic in the North Sydney Service Centre. Andrew was highly diligent in attending to the problems of this job, and communicated clearly with me on his progress.
When it became clear that further service on my machine was not viable, Andrew presented clear and flexible options. Andrew's suggestions were offered without pressure, and at all times I felt that my needs were understood. In the end he up-sold me from the company's catalogue, but only after giving several alternatives.
Andrew's clear understanding of my needs, his patience and diligence in dealing with the service problem initially presented engendered trust enough to accept his judgement and happily spend more than I had originally intended.

While I am confident enough to sit down and learn software myself life does tend to get in the way and you cumulatively spend a lot of time and still don't pick up many of the finer points. Anton's (iBooks Authoring) workshop really helped me understand the full capabilities of the software and, more importantly, the workflow necessary to become an efficient and accomplished user. Therefore I consider the time and money was well spent and will be a net saving in the not so long run. Highly recommended.

Just a quick note of feedback. I have owned my iMac for just 3 weeks (PC convert) and have attended the Saturday "Intro to Mac" session and now the "Mac OS X Features" session.
The sessions to date have been well balanced (in terms of content & depth) and very well delivered by Adam and James. Testament to this endorsement is that fact that I live over near Gisborne and will continue to attend as many of the scheduled sessions as I can.
