How to make a claim

  1. In the event of damage, the equipment should be taken to your nearest CompNow Service Location for inspection and to obtain a quotation for repair. In the event of loss or theft, you will need to provide a police report.
  2. Download and complete the appropriate claim form from the following:
  3. Contact the CompNow store where you purchased your laptop.
  4. Pay your relevant excess when you submit your claim form.

Once submitted CompNow will contact you to arrange for the laptop repair or replacement.
