Presenter Scheduler control and management application is the main product with which media contents to be displayed are managed, prepared and scheduled.

Using the Presenter Scheduler is very easy. The basic concept can be explained in three steps:

Importing assets: The basis for using ~sedna presenter is media content which can either be imported (movies, pictures, etc.) or directly created in the Presenter Scheduler.

Generating playlists: Similar to standard media management tools, the assets can be arranged in playlists and combined as desired.

Using the playlists for daily planning (Day Templates): Compiling the playlists to set up a daily program and synchronising it with the Player of the desired display.

The user interface and program are structured such that users can work intuitively. Many features are accomplished by using drag & drop.

Presenter Scheduler Plus is the application based on Presenter Scheduler and offers in addition a Campaign Generator for Auto Scheduling of assets and playlists.

You can define certain rules for assets that you add to your project such as duration, validity and category. A simple auto schedule process will fill the calendar with your content and mix it with default content for a defined time period.

Presenter Scheduler Plus is ideal to do automatically generation of Schedules for Digital Signage marketing campaigns. For instance you can run different advertising spots and information videos at the airport, shopping malls, public transport and many more use case scenarios.

Presenter Publisher will radically simplify the way content is delivered to your Presenter Players. It is designed to distribute Presenter Scheduler Projects to all your Players - dozens, 100s or even 1000s of them - anywhere in the world over the Internet. When using Publisher your Player computers will not need a dedicated IP address or VPN access. A simple Internet connection will do.

Now you can publish your project files to a standard web space, your Players can subscribe to that URL and will download their projects and project updates from there automatically.

To avoid huge traffic and long upload- or download times, Presenter Publisher keeps track of versions and distributes only the changes of your project data. Likewise the Player computers will only download the changes that are necessary for them.

The Player computers can be set so that they will check for updates and download them in a specified period of time, e.g. at night or on the weekends. They can also check for their updates on different web servers so you can build a system with failover redundancy.

Furthermore, you can optimise the distribution between all Players in a local network. Presenter Player Pro has a new feature to publish itself so it can act as a proxy or edge server. To save traffic and download times over the internet, let your local Players get their project files directly from a Presenter Player Pro publish server in your LAN.

It saves time and resources for setup and administration. Enhance ~sedna presenter with more dynamic user interaction. By using our RFID sensor you are able to control your playlists externally. For instance this is a great solution for shopping malls to show branded advertising. RFID is already fully supported by ~sedna presenter. A RFID-tag is a microelectronic circuit with transmit- and receive-antenna with control- and data-unit. Our small USB RFID sensor supports all kind of 125 KHz transponders. It reads a wide range of transponders like Unique, Hitag1, Hitag2, HitagS, Q5, Atmel5577, Titan and EM-4XXX. The reading distance is up to 100 mm depending on the transponder size.
