Service Order Form

If you have an Apple or HP computer in need of service, please download and complete the In-House Service Order Form and take it with your service item to your nearest CompNow Service Centre. Note: this form is not used for iPod repairs, please use the iPod Repair Form for requesting iPod service.

On-Site Job Request

For On-Site Job Requests, we recommend you use our online booking form. This is by far the quickest and easiest way to contact us for on-site service. Or if you'd prefer to send your details to us, please download the On-Site Job Request form, complete it and email it to or fax it to: 03 9682 2902.
