Refund/return policy

  • Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
  • We will offer a store credit or exchange (but not a refund) for any unopened goods returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Goods returned after 14 days of purchase will only be accepted at the company's discretion & may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • No refunds except in accordance with the Trade Practices Act.

Payment Policy

Credit Card & EFTPOS payments

There is no surcharge on personal transactions using:

  • EFTPOS
  • VISA
  • MasterCard

There is a 1% surcharge on transactions for account payments using:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard

There is a 3% surcharge on all transactions using:

  • Diners Club
  • American Express

Gift Voucher payments

We accept the following vouchers as per the conditions they were issued under.

  • Computers Now Gift Vouchers at any of our stores
  • Westfield vouchers at our Westfield stores

Cheque payments

All cheques including bank cheques require 3 clear business days for clearance for all services & purchases.

EFT payments

Can be processed by prior arrangement and must be cleared prior to collecting goods. Please ask us for our BSB details.

*Education Pricing

  • Staff & Institutions pricing available via any CompNow store.
  • Students at tertiary level or parents of students applying for tertiary placements available at On-Campus stores only.

**Finance Pricing

  • Weekly amounts shown payable monthly, based on 36 month through various financial service institutions; Apple Financial Services, Flexirent, and Technology Fund Management.
  • Rates may change without notice and such changes may not be reflected in the pricing shown on this website or instore.
  • Finance subject to credit approval and acceptance. Conditions apply.

Computers Now adheres to the Australian Anti-Spam Act of 2003.

By providing your email address for quotes, queries, orders, events, repairs, competitions, or via a business card, you are agreeing through inferred consent to receive emails from us - from which you may opt out at any time by unsubscribing, or contacting us.

We provide a double opt-in system for new subscriptions, and provide a working unsubscribe link in every email newsletter sent.

We do not give away or sell your details to anyone. We do not buy email lists.
